We usually prepare and hand off orders to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. After that, most deliveries reach customers within 3–7 business days, meaning your total delivery time is typically between 4–10 business days.

Items can be sent back within 30 days of receiving your package. Returned products must be unused and unworn, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase included. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
